Milne Edwards, 1837) is reported from Taiwan and is the second species of this genus known from the island. The taxonomy of the species is discussed and observations of its ecology are provided for the first time. In Taiwan, this species was found from 200 m to several kilometers away from the sea. It is always found on vertical to nearly vertical rock faces along flowing streams.Article000184003300010
