Ingerana rajae, new species, is found in Bukit Baka-Bukit Raja National Park, West Kalimantan, Borneo, and is characterised by its large size, dorsum covered with tubercles, no clear distinction of the dorsolateral area, tympanum completely concealed under skin, and fingers and toes ornamented with widely enlarged tips with a circum-marginal groove. Toes are completely webbed to the base of enlarged tips, except for the outer side of penultimate phalanx of the fourth toe, which is essentially free from webbing. The species is contrasted with other members of the genus and some taxonomic confusion is discussed and clarified. © National University of Singapore.
