ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||We propose an ATM-based solution to efficient real-time network data transfer, by mapping one dynamic channel to one or more static channels at an end-host, each of which can be individually closed to decrease the overall bandwidth. New static channels can be added to increase the overall bandwidth.
