Proceedings of the IEEE Annual Simulation Symposium : 180-187. ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||Simulation is one of the most powerful analysis tools available for the design and operation of complex processes or systems. In an increasingly competitive world, simulation has become a very powerful tool for the planning, design and control of systems. In recent years, there is a strong revival and advancement in the area of intelligent agents technology in Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) and the authors see a strong application of intelligent agents technology in simulation. Hence, this paper attempts to put forward an architecture for performing simulation using intelligent agents technology.||Source Title:||Proceedings of the IEEE Annual Simulation Symposium||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/99474||ISSN:||02724715|
