The thin films were synthesized by a simple technique of sol-gel/polymerization. Transmission electron microscopy showed the presence of 5-nm-diamater particles in the film. It was found that the observed optical nonlinearity had a recovery time of ∼1.5 ps.||Source Title:||Applied Physics Letters||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/98501||ISSN:||00036951||DOI:||10.1063/1.1568544|
