dc.description.abstract | High quality CdS-doped glass (CDG) nanocrystalline thin films were fabricated by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) from a solo-physically arranged CdS/SiO2 target. Both EDX and XRD analyses confirmed the presence of the new CdO composite. TEM confirmed the different crystalline structures but yielded slightly smaller values for their crystal sizes. | |
