ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1063/1.1516840||Abstract:||The room temperature visible photoluminescence was reported from undoped ZnS nanoparticle thin films embedded in SiO2 matrices. After annealing there was a blueshift of PL which increased with increasing sample annealing.
