dc.description.abstractAn arbitrary time-dependent density operator of an open system was described in terms of an operator-sum representation. Its initial condition and the path of its evolution in the state space were ignored. A general expression of Kraus operators for arbitrary time-dependent density operator was obtained. The significance of the results was proved through several examples.
