Various types of dopant distribution are considered as in the experimental studies. Similarity is drawn between the calculated quasi-Lorentzian line shapes and one derived from a transmission spectrum for a central 1/3 barrier doped multiple quantum well sample. Effects in a magnetic field applied perpendicular to the layers are also investigated and compared with experiment. © 2001 American Institute of Physics.||Source Title:||Journal of Applied Physics||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/96606||ISSN:||00218979||DOI:||10.1063/1.1383261|
