dc.description.abstract | The low-field magnetoresistance (LFMR) performance of Sr 2Fe 1-xAl xMoO 6 polycrystalline with x=0, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15, and 0.30, after fabrication, was investigated. It was observed that the LFMR was greatly enhanced as x increased from nil to 0.15, and its origin of the LFMR was found to be intragranular spin-dependent scattering. The replacement of Fe by Al weakened the antiferromagnetic exchange in the antiphase boundary and weakenend the ferromagnetic exchange. On application of the external magnetic field, the spin in the antiphase boundary aligned easily to the external field after Al doping and the weak double exchange barrier led to easier electron transport. | |
