ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||The dissociative absorbate geometries of water on Si (1 0 0) 2 × 1 reconstructed surface proposed by Larson et al. are investigated by using CNDO method. The bond lengths of Si-O, O-H and Si-H are calculated and reasonable results are obtained.
