ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1063/1.1581384||Abstract:||The B-site disorder in a thermally annealed, complex perovskite structure of Pb(Sc1/2Ta1/2)O3 (PST) was investigated. The mechanical activation (MA) induced PST disordering resulted in the deriving of ferroelectric behaviors.
