ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1063/1.1338477 | Abstract: | The adsorption coefficient of furan on Si(100)-2×1 was investigated using various spectroscopic techniques and semiempirical molecular orbital (MO) calculations. Furan was found to be nondissociatively chemisorbed on the Si(100)-2×1 surface at 125 K.
