ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1063/1.1645974 | Abstract: | The study of particle size dependence of the rhombohedral phase of relaxor ferroelectric Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3 (PZN) and PbTiO3 was presented. The study was based on the development of a model explaining the particle size dependence via full width at half-maximum (FWHM) analysis of rhombohedral x-ray diffraction lines. The analysis show the transformation stresses to be responsible for the line broadening of rhombohedral peaks. The model determined the rhombohedral phase to be about 55-70 μm. | Source Title: | Journal of Applied Physics | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/85425 | ISSN: | 00218979 | DOI: | 10.1063/1.1645974 |
