dc.description.abstract | A new type of exchange-spring system, in which the magnetic properties of NiFe(IrMn/CoFe)3/IrMn multilayer thin films were utilized, was discussed. It was demonstrated that the exchange biasing ferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic (F/AF) system could crossover to exchange-spring system if the AF structure was modified. The parabolic thickness difference was found to depend on the exchange-spring between NiFe and L-CoFe. | |
