The fourth-order feedforward architecture is employed to reduce the output swings of each integrator and relax the DC gain requirement of the operational transconductance amplifier; hence saves power and reduces distortion. The core area excluding PAD is 0.9 X 0.64 mm2. The simulation results show that the modulator achieves 99.8 dB peak signal-to-quantization-noise ratio (SQNR) and -102 dB total harmonic distortions over the 20 kHz signal bandwidth with an OSR of 125. © 2008 IEEE.||Source Title:||2008 IEEE International Conference on Electron Devices and Solid-State Circuits, EDSSC||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/83313||ISBN:||9781424425402||DOI:||10.1109/EDSSC.2008.4760650|
