ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1116/1.1481040||Abstract:||The deposition of cobalt-containing material from dicobalt octacarbonyl, Co2(CO)8, was studied using an electron beam. The I-V characteristics at low temperature were found to exhibit unusual behavior, with prominent step-like features at 20 K.
