ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1143/JJAP.47.5923||Abstract:||One-color nonvolatile holographic recording was realized in Ce:Tb:LiNb03 crystal, which was grown by vertical Bridgman method. The hologram could be erased fast with UV light. High sensitivity (0.21 cm/J at 632.8 nm), high diffraction efficiency (̃50%) and long lifetime (more than 10 years at room temperature) were achieved simultaneously in the same crystal. The deep and shallow centers were revealed by the illumination of UV light.
