ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||This paper presents a new adaptive method to increase the linearity and efficiency of multi-carrier power amplifiers (MCPA). The proposed scheme is based on an analog predistorter whose transfer characteristic is represented by an odd-order complex polynomial. The coefficients of predistorter are obtained by canceling the third and fifth order intermodulation distortion (IMD) products of samples of multiple channels (SMC).
