Cu atoms are found to preferentially adsorb onto the S atoms of the functional C-S-C groups in the formation of copper nanoclusters on the thiophene-mediated Si(111)-(7×7) surface. © 2006 American Institute of Physics.||Source Title:||Applied Physics Letters||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/76209||ISSN:||00036951||DOI:||10.1063/1.2189013|
