Abstract: We report the efficient in vivo labelling of caspases expressed inside apoptotic HeLa cells using fluoromethyl ketone (fmk)-containing probes; preliminary results indicated that these probes may be used to identify caspase-associating proteins. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2005.
