We develop a novel heterodyne-detection method for P-CARS imaging with an ability of high imaging vibrational contrast and signal strength. We demonstrate this method by imaging 4.69-μm polystyrene beads immersed in water. | Source Title: | Progress in Biomedical Optics and Imaging - Proceedings of SPIE | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/74904 | ISBN: | 9780819470010 | ISSN: | 16057422 | DOI: | 10.1117/12.755556 |
