Based on a set of linear models obtained on-line by the JITL, not only the parameters of EVIC controller are updated, but also EVIC filter parameter is adjusted on-line by an updating algorithm derived based on the Lyapunov method to guarantee the convergence of JITL's predicted tracking error.
