ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||New closed form error probability expressions for N-diversity noncoherent detection of M-ary orthogonal signals in Rician fading and Gaussian noise, in the presence of partial-band jamming interference are derived. These general error probability formulas are applicable to frequency-hopped spread spectrum (FH-SS) communication systems using M-ary frequency-shift keying (MFSK) modulation and noncoherent detection, in which L of the M frequency slots are subjected to jamming.
