Master equation solved analytically a two-state model, which was the basis of the determination of M-H hysteresis. The dependence of the tunneling magnetoresistance on temperature was explained. The effects of the combination of stochastic spin-polarized tunneling, Coulomb blockade, and the magneto- and electrostatic influence of the contacts were also discussed.||Source Title:||Journal of Applied Physics||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/72011||ISSN:||00218979||DOI:||10.1063/1.1544111|
