In this model, primary users are able to trade their spare subcarriers with secondary users. Specifically, each subcarrier is priced by primary users and sold to secondary users for better utilities. Also, the issues of pricing policies and market equilibrium are discussed. © 2010 IEEE.||Source Title:||International Conference on Communication Technology Proceedings, ICCT||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/71838||ISBN:||9781424468690||DOI:||10.1109/ICCT.2010.5689168|
