It is shown in the present paper that the design goals can be met by modifying the four-port coupler's characteristics. Laboratory tests on a prototype six-port reflectometer which employs four modified rat-race couplers have corroborated the validity of such an approach.||Source Title:||35th European Microwave Conference 2005 - Conference Proceedings||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/71013||ISBN:||2960055128||DOI:||10.1109/EUMC.2005.1610030|
