First, the permittivity and permeability tensors of the metamaterial are defined according to Pendry's model, then the wave equation in the cloak is derived, and through the boundary conditions, the electromagnetic fields of the whole region are calculated analytically, finally, the analytical expressions of the fields inside the cylindrical cloak is demonstrated through numerical results. ©2008 IEEE.||Source Title:||2008 International Conference on Microwave and Millimeter Wave Technology Proceedings, ICMMT||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/70672||ISBN:||9781424418794||DOI:||10.1109/ICMMT.2008.4540809|
