Composite Energy Storage System (CESS) is a combination of various energy storage technologies that offers not only above performance but also high efficiency and long life. For system management of CESS, problems of energy management and dynamic control are questioned. In this paper, we propose the Energy Manager that support both short-term and long-term requirements of the CESS.
