dc.description.abstractA new shape of metamaterials and actuation mechanism are proposed and demonstrated. This reconfigurable metamaterials was constructed by electric split-ring resonators. The experimental results show this device reveals polarization dependence and blue shifting of spectrum. © 2013 IEICE.
