dc.description.abstractA new configuration of phase shifter, using only one FET as a switching device, has been investigated. The configuration offers the advantages of small size and a performance comparable to that of the conventional loaded-line configuration. A 11.25° phase shifter bit is realised on a microstrip configuration and is tested experimentally. Experimental results are presented.
