dc.description.abstractA fast algorithm for a second-order plus delay modeling is proposed. The resultant model gives more consistent and accurate matching to the process frequency response compared with the two-point fitting method. The algorithm converges so fast that only 5 iterations are needed to achieve 1% accuracy.
