Electronics Letters 32 (11) : 974-976. ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||The authors have found that generalised perfectly matched layer can be derived using wave impedance and effective permittivity concepts. This approach uses a trapezoidal integration scheme which leads to significantly better performance in matching propagating waves and a slight improvement in absorption of evanescent waves, in a lossy medium.||Source Title:||Electronics Letters||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/62171||ISSN:||00135194|
