This paper formulates the CME constrained dispatch problem and presents an optimization technique based on duality theory and. By introducing the concept of subsidized incremental cost, we have interpreted the essence of CME constraints and set up a modified equal incremental criterion under new operation environment and open energy market.||Source Title:||Proceedings of the International Conference on Energy Management and Power Delivery, EMPD||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/62082|
