ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||This paper is presents an approach in augmenting the implementation of CAE/CAD/CAM/ curricula in the engineering courses at the National University of Singapore through industrial CAE/CAD/CAM research projects. Some of the industrial collaboration started as final year projects and they were further refined by graduate students and staff members. Both students and staff benefit from this experience as solving industrial and real-life problems is quite different from theoretical and fundamental development work. The experience drawn from such projects can also be very useful in the classroom environment where the lecturers can present the projects to the student as application case studies.||Source Title:||The International journal of applied engineering education||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/57983||ISSN:||07420269|
