Title: | Multiwall carbon nanotube resonator for ultra-sensitive mass detection | Authors: | Wu, W. Palaniapan, M. Wong, W.-K. |
Issue Date: | 2008 | Citation: | Wu, W., Palaniapan, M., Wong, W.-K. (2008). Multiwall carbon nanotube resonator for ultra-sensitive mass detection. Electronics Letters 44 (18) : 1060-1061. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. https://doi.org/10.1049/el:20081932 | Abstract: | The experimental realisation of a multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNT) resonator for mass sensing applications is reported. Fabricated MWNT resonators with length, inner radius and outer radius as 34.37m, 5.37nm and 13.27 nm, respectively, had a measured resonant frequency around 110-120kHz. Measured results indicate that these MWNT resonators exhibit sub-attogram reponsivity. © The Institution of Engineering and Technology 2008. | Source Title: | Electronics Letters | URI: | http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/56744 | ISSN: | 00135194 | DOI: | 10.1049/el:20081932 |
