|Title:||Effect of facilitation on change in perception in GDSS sessions||Authors:||Eng, Jo||Issue Date:||1995||Citation:||Eng, Jo (1995). Effect of facilitation on change in perception in GDSS sessions. IEEE Region 10's Annual International Conference, Proceedings 1 : 244-248. ScholarBank@NUS Repository.||Abstract:||This paper reports on a study using two measures to assess the change in perception during a GDSS session. namely, change in understanding and coorientation. The group members underwent the GDSS session in either one of three treatments: (1) no facilitator support; (2) task facilitator support; and (3) task with interactional facilitator support. The results demonstrate evidence for the adoption of facilitator intervention in GDSS groups to affect the group member's perception of others' viewpoints.||Source Title:||IEEE Region 10's Annual International Conference, Proceedings||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/45045|
