As part of a crisis management plan, the program's main function is to analyse the time needed for a full traffic evacuation in the case of an emergency. In addition, it also allows users to determine the shortest path for their journey in the case of a road block at various parts of NUS. © 2008 IEEE.||Source Title:||Proceedings - 2nd Asia International Conference on Modelling and Simulation, AMS 2008||URI:||http://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/41567||ISBN:||9780769531366||DOI:||10.1109/AMS.2008.162|
