Abstract: This report is a summary of an exploratory project on loneliness experienced by adults in Singapore. The report encompasses the creation process of my visual communications initiative – Heart to Heart Talk (HTHT), demonstrating how data, industry practices, and design principles have shaped the project. Heart to Heart Talk aims to bridge the research gap by exploring the topic of loneliness in adults in Singapore, creating a datadriven design-focused folio. The report introduces loneliness, segueing into preliminary research and results analysis. Using data, the creative folio is proposed before explaining the creative process in depth, reflecting on challenges experienced and real-world application of the project, before concluding via future research considerations.
