dc.description.abstract	Kaletha extended the local Langlands conjectures to a certain class of discon nected groups and proved them for disconnected tori. Our first main result is a reinterpretation of the local Langlands correspondence for disconnected tori. Our second, and the central objective of this paper, is to establish an automorphic multiplicity formula for disconnected tori.
