dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, we have introduced NaCl as an additive in CVD synthesized 2D materials. We reported the catalyst effects of NaCl during 2D materials growth and study the optical and electronic properties of MoS2, Bi2O2Se and NiTe2 synthesized by NaCl.
