Abstract: The proposed Centre for the Interaction of Animals and Society as a thesis vehicle is an attempt to address the many practical and moral issues arising from the interactions of animals and society. The primary objective of the facility would be to develop a harmonious relationship between people, animals, plants, nature and environment through an array of educational and recreational services. To provide an environment that is conductive for the interaction between humans and animals. This will be carried out through the programmatic brief of animal-assisted activities and therapy program, education and public outreach program, as well as research assistance and coordination services.
