Checklist of Established Animal Species in Singapore

Abstract

Dataset relating to the introduction of all established animal species in Singapore, including first reported localities, pathway of introduction, date of first publication, etc. For more information about compiling of data, refer to methodology document. Accurate as of September 2023. The Checklist of Established Animal Species in Singapore is compiled under the project, "Linking the Digital Humanities to Biodiversity History in Singapore and Southeast Asia". The project is supported by the Ministry of Education Social Science Research Thematic Grant (Type A), and has received further funding from the NUS Asia Research Institute (Inter-Asia Cluster).
