Abstract: This thesis stands as a critique to Singapore’s existing industrial landscape and correspondingly, the inherent land shortage problem that the country has been facing through the years. Through the understanding of land shortage issue, extensive analysis of existing industrial building typology as well as identification of key pertinent issues and problems related to land intensification, the thesis presents a projection of industrial production-scape in 2100.
