Thermal comfort is an approach to evaluate to the green features in University Town building. The empirical data consists of temperature, velocity and humidity is used to compute the Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) for the thermal sensation. Besides the thermal elements, quality of air and the draught sensation is taking into consideration to clarify how the design green features make the occupant perceive. Following the ASHRAE Sensation Scale and Bedford Scale as the subjective assessment, the thermal acceptability study is research based on three typical areas in the University Town. Comparing the thermal sensation and thermal comfort vote shows that the high rate of people who vote for the sensation ±2 and ± 3 still satisfy with this conditions.
