Abstract: With the introduction of Circle Line to improve Singapore’s transportation network, the impact of it on HDB resale flat prices is determined. In this paper, the focus is narrowed down to the impact before and after the announcements of stations’ location. Hedonic pricing model and multiple linear regression are used to determine the effect. It was found that the impact on the stations varies and stations that were already serving an MRT line had neutral effect during the period prior and after announcement. The inconvenience brought forth by construction might have resulted in the variations in the impact.
