dc.description.abstractThe aim of the thesis is to recreate the communal connection that Hong Lim Park once again an important public space. The project proposes a public housing program as an reaction the the current situation whereby the city centre could only afforded by the rich and foreigners. The target residential profile and housing types are targeted at young professionals and SOHO workers who desired to live in the city.
