Issue Date: | 2019 | Citation: | ONG SU XIAN (2019). DATA-DRIVEN INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (IEQ) FOR OFFICE ENVIRONMENT. ScholarBank@NUS Repository. | Abstract: | Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) and its impact on occupants' comfort and well-being has become an important area of study given the fact that people spend most of their time in an indoor environment. In the context of an office environment, the potential issues that can result from poor IEQ are indoor air quality acceptability, thermal discomfort and visual discomfort. This research will first identify the impacts of IEQ and the association with occupants’ comfort and productivity in an office environment. Next, analyse the real-time data of the environmental parameters in the office environment. Lastly, propose preventive and corrective measures to improve the IEQ of an office environment. | URI: | https://scholarbank.nus.edu.sg/handle/10635/220153 |
