Abstract: In consideration of the raising concern for environmental issues, increasing household energy consumption, and Singapore’s aim to reduce carbon emission as a nation, this research study was established. This research study aims to find out the effect of individual’s factor on their adaptive behaviour and household energy consumption in Singapore’s Condominium. There are limited numbers of research studies on Condominium and this research study will continue to build up the basis of studying condominiums’ building users. Unlike past similar research studies, this research studies conduct studies on ground and collect data from respondents in right from their own living condition. In this research study, several factors like gender differences, environmental beliefs, tolerance level for thermal conditions were considered.
