Objective: Mini AVR is gaining popularity in modern heart surgery. The introduction of sutureless valve can facilitate such approach through limited space. Methods: We present a case series of patients undergone MIS AVR either through mini-sternotomy or mini-thoracotomy, using Perceval sutureless valve to reduce access and operation time. Results: Total 18 cases mixed multi-racial Asian with mean age 63.24 years underwent MIS AVR. On average ACX 52.23min, CPB 76.72 min, average ICU stays 2.17days with no reoperation and no in-hospital mortality. No severe paravalvular leak, AV block or valve migration were observed. Sutureless valves facilitated shorter cross clamp and bypass time; due to their fast deployment and intuitive implantation. Patients tend to recover and mobilize faster. Conclusions: Perceval sutureless valve is a powerful tool in context of MIS AVR. It is particularly recommendable in high risk and concomitant cases, where access and time are of essences.
